Certified through his HOLOS Institute as an International Holistic Health Coach, I am happy to share and work with helping others handle the stress in their lives.
In 2017, I had a wonderful opportunity to study with Dr. Norm Shealy, a pioneer in clinic based holistic therapies and a founder of the American Holistic Medicine Association. Learning some of the most modern and effective clinical therapies to assist in those struggling with anxiety, depression, and chronic pain.

As your Holistic Health Coach, we will work together to learn your unique situation and issues that we can focus on to work towards a better balance of well-being.
This can be catered to a wide range of ways to work together to personalize your needs.
Whether in person, or over the phone or internet, together we will devise a plan to learn, practice, and learn. Depending on the amount of accountability you choose to held to, this coaching can be on as needed and over a course of several weeks/months.
